(QAP): |
| We
feel that it is important for our healthcare provider customers to be familiar
with the state and federal laws specific to the medical courier industry that
directly impact the services we provide as a contracted third-party. The
courier/messenger transportation services we offer the San Antonio Medical
Community are directed at maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, or
denoted in existing contracts and agreements. |

| Upon request MEDS will
provide a copy of our detailed Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) that outlines
requirements stipulated by these laws, and the measures we have implemented to
fulfill them. It is our ethical duty to ensure that our true customer, the
patient, is provided with the highest quality safety and services. |

JCAHO Standard LD.3.50: Contracted
Services Standards Field Review: |
| The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations requires
clinical and other laboratories monitor the performance of contracted services
to make sure that patients receive the same high level of safety and quality as
the services that are directly provided by the JCAHO accredited organization. |
